Mission

To introduce Lefse to other cultures and new generations with a "community first" mindset, creating a sense of family and warmth we grew up with. We will provide Lefse traditionally, and in ways never thought of, and we will pair our Lefse with quality craft coffee for an amazing culinary experience.

What is Lefse?

Lefse is a 250-year-old Norwegian potato flatbread traditionally served with butter, cinnamon, and white sugar.

Our story

It all started five generations ago when our great-great grandmother Angeline Pierce, whom I was named after, learned how to make Lefse from her best friend. This family tradition has been passed down to every generation as we gathered to make Lefse each holiday season.

Inspiration

As the tradition was passed down to us, we would often sit around the table and think to ourselves, "Why doesn't anyone sell this stuff?" This started us on a journey of how to introduce our family tradition to others.

Who we are

We come from a multicultural family with strong values and a love for other people and community. We hope you enjoy this new culinary experience.

Love,

Angeline & John Riley
